General Conditions
(pursuant to Chapter I, Title 3, Part 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments)

1. Introduction and Effectiveness
These General Conditions govern the purchase of products and services through the website www.vasetto.it (“Site”) in compliance with the Consumer Code.
Seller: CIOCCOLATOPURO SRL, Piazza San Donato 46, 10064 Pinerolo (TO), Tax Code/VAT no. 12781510016, info@cioccolatopuro.com (“CIOCCOLATO PURO”).
The Customer must read the General Conditions before placing an order. If the buyer is not a "consumer" or requests an invoice, the provisions on withdrawal do not apply. The contract is governed by Italian law in the Italian language.
2. Product Selection and Ordering
Prices and features are indicated on the Site. To purchase, fill out the order form, accept the Conditions and Privacy Policy, enter shipping and payment details. Placing an order constitutes a contractual proposal and implies acceptance of the Conditions.
The contract is concluded with a confirmation email containing an order summary. The Customer has 12 hours to report errors to info@cioccolatopuro.com.
Orders are processed within 10 business days. If a product is unavailable, the Customer may confirm or cancel within 12 hours of notification. If there is no response, the order will proceed with the available products, and the amount for the missing products will be refunded.
3. Product Information
The images on the Site are illustrative and may not perfectly represent the product; the textual description is binding.
4. Prices and Shipping
All prices are in Euro and include taxes.
Italy: free shipping over €50 - €7.90 for orders below that amount.
International: Countries served: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Sweden, Hungary.
4-bis. Subscriptions
Vasetto.it offers the possibility to activate a recurring subscription for periodic delivery of selected products. By subscribing, the Customer authorizes the automatic debit of the agreed amount at the chosen frequency (monthly or other periodicity indicated at the time of purchase).
The Customer can cancel the subscription at any time from their personal area on the Site or by contacting customer service at info@cioccolatopuro.com, at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. The cancellation takes effect from the next cycle; no refund is provided for cycles already debited and in preparation.
Subscription products are subject to availability. In case of temporary unavailability, CIOCCOLATO PURO reserves the right to replace the product with one of equal value or to suspend the cycle, communicating this via email.
The right of withdrawal applies pursuant to art. 7, with the exclusion of perishable products or products already in preparation.
5. Payment Methods and Invoicing
Payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal, bank transfer, prepaid cards, Masterpass.
Transactions occur on secure servers with SSL protocol. The Site does not store card data, but after the first purchase, it is possible to buy without re-entering data. Bank transfer must be made within 3 days for products, 1 day for events/courses.
Invoicing: professionals can request an invoice at the time of order. It is not possible to request it later.
6. Transport and Delivery
Delivery by express courier to the specified address with tracking via email. Delivery times: 7 business days from the confirmation email, except in cases of force majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw without penalty by sending a registered letter with return receipt to:

The product must be returned intact. Refund within 14 days, including shipping costs where applicable, using the same payment method. In case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, provide bank details. Excluded for personalized, perishable, opened sealed products, and food items.
8. Free Returns
Returns are free if the Customer follows the withdrawal procedure and waits for contact to arrange collection by the designated courier.
9. Warranty and Defects of Conformity
For defects of conformity, contact info@cioccolatopuro.com. Legal warranties apply (articles 129, 130, 132 of the Consumer Code). The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery, except for perishable products with a shorter term.
10. Errors and Limitations of Liability
Information on the Site is updated regularly. CIOCCOLATO PURO is not responsible for errors except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and may correct information at any time, guaranteeing the Customer's rights.

13. Applicable Law and Competent Court
The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of residence/domicile is competent. In other cases, the exclusive court of Turin.
Acceptance of Specific Clauses
Pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code, the Customer specifically accepts:
