Ingredients and features

Ingredients: 52% pure cashews, plant fiber (inulin), cocoa butter, cocoa powder, Honduras Arabica coffee and cocoa mass. It has no added sugars (contains naturally occurring sugars) and is gluten-free, palm oil-free, dairy-free, free from animal fats and free from colorings. Per 100 g it provides 13.4 g of protein and 21.2 g of fiber, with 3.15 g of sugars.

Like all Vasetto spreads, it's made at Cioccolato Puro in Pinerolo, where they have been working with chocolate for over 30 years.

How to enjoy and store it

Great on bread and rusks, in an iced coffee or in yogurt, for anyone who loves the bold taste of coffee at breakfast too.

Once opened, store the jar at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct light: no need to refrigerate. Any oil or lumps on the surface are a sign of the product's natural character. The light specks that sometimes appear are cocoa butter that has solidified due to temperature changes: just warm the spread for a few seconds and stir to bring back its creaminess.
