Vegan, lactose-free, protein-rich and low in sugar, it's perfect for athletes, low-glycemic diets that may also be worth considering for people with diabetes (always consult your doctor before consuming), or for anyone who wants an intense, natural spread.

Its dense texture and bold flavor make it ideal for breakfast, post-workout snacks or enriching dark-style desserts.

Ingredients and features

Ingredients: 60% pure cashews, cocoa mass, plant fiber (inulin), cocoa powder and cocoa butter. It has no added sugars (contains naturally occurring sugars) and is gluten-free, palm oil-free, dairy-free, free from animal fats and free from colorings. Per 100 g it provides 14.8 g of protein and 16.5 g of fiber, with 3.8 g of sugars.

Like all Vasetto spreads, it's made at Cioccolato Puro in Pinerolo, where they have been working with chocolate for over 30 years.

How to enjoy and store it

Ideal for dark chocolate lovers: on bread and rusks, in yogurt or as a filling for chocolate desserts.

Once opened, store the jar at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct light: no need to refrigerate. Any oil or lumps on the surface are a sign of the product's natural character. The light specks that sometimes appear are cocoa butter that has solidified due to temperature changes: just warm the spread for a few seconds and stir to bring back its creaminess.
